"The property itself was a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures but it provided everything we needed. You really can’t beat the location and I loved that the place had a washer/dryer and blackout curtains."

"The property was spacious, plenty of room to relax. The beds are comfortable, even though there is no air conditioning they have provided fans that kept is comfortable."

"There is construction going on right outside the door, there are no steps, so getting in and out of the door is kind of tricky. Apparently the one part of the flat has sunk and they are in the process of lifting that side. A lot of equipment and debris. There was no work done while we were there, a few times workers were present but we didn’t hear anything. It would’ve been nice to know about the construction prior to check in and also if a temporary step been in place to assist with getting in and out of the door."

"Great little flat in a nice and lively location with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants (I chose it as my son lives nearby and we celebrated New Years together), high up in a quiet backyard and with elevator. Tastefully renovated with great bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that allows guests to cook a proper meal. Stylish furniture and art and a selection of books and guides for those not familiar with the area."

"It's too expensive for what you get. This might be ok during such a peak demand period in a generally expensive Paris, but even then, it's a border case. More important is that you deal with a go-between 'agency' - not booking.com, not the owner. You can't communicate and requests for an extra blanket (way to thin for the season) or pillows (two flat ones) were never answered, but instead you receive a steady flow of reminders and compliance with rules messages. Besides, the wardrobe was full with the owners clothes, personal items were everywhere in the shelves and fridge - down to the cat food in the kitchen shelve. The pots and pans weren't clean (the place itself was!) either, like the owner left the place in a hurry during the festive season. And: The bed is a french 'double bed' and max. 140 cm wide - people used to more space, be aware. All this might be ok for an Air B&B (where the otherwise really charming flat is also advertised), but not for booking.com."

"Im so happy i found this place as me and my friends originally booked a hotel but then changed our minds as we much prefer to have our own space and this apartment was amazing and exceeded all our expectations, there was so much room the host was so friendly and welcoming and the women that was cleaning the apartment was super helpful and friendly. If I ever come back to Paris I will definitely book this again."
